    LITTLE SCHOLARS shines again!
    #Pranjali_Joshi of class X, was selected for the #Young_Scientist_Programme (YUVIKA) 2023, organised by the prestigious #Indian_Space #Research_Organisation (#ISRO). After competing with around 10-12 lakhs of students, she finally made her place in the #TOP_352_Students across India. The programme was organised in 7 #ISRO_Centres, out of which Pranjali Joshi was allotted the #Indian_Institute_of_Remote #Sensing (IIRS), Dehradun. The programme started on May 15 with the inaugural ceremony and ended on May 26, 2023 with the valedictory.
    A typical day at #IIRS started with yoga at 6 am followed by lectures and practicals from 9 am to 5 pm. She learned about space and rocket science. In the practicals she made a water rocket, a model rocket, a rover and also tracked a #NASA_Satellite (NOAA – 15) and received signals from it. After 5 pm she participated in co-curricular activities which included sports and music. Apart from this she took part in numerous noteworthy activities like bird watching and stargazing. On weekends there were visits to various institutes like Indian Military Academy(IMA), Forest Research Institute(FRI), Vigyan Dham, and Rajaji Tiger Reserve. Pranjali Joshi along with the other students had interactive sessions with the most experienced scientists of ISRO including
    #Dr_S_Somnath#The_Chairman_ISRO), #Dr_ #N_Sudheer_Kumar#TheDirector_CBPO and #Dr_R_P_Singh#The_Director_IIRS.
    Along with ISRO’s merchandise, our #Little_Scholars came back with an abundance of knowledge, memories and experiences. The School Management, Principal, Ms Shikha Gautam and Teachers congratulated her for this great achievement and wish her more success in future.
