Children's Day Fête at Little Scholars School
"Children are the world's most valuable resource and its best hope for the future." – John F. Kennedy
Little Scholars School celebrated Children's Day with a vibrant and joyous fête. Preparations began well in advance, and the event transformed the school grounds into a lively fairground filled with food, games, and excitement.
The fête featured a variety of stalls, including Ice-Cream, Chinese Food, Indian Street Snacks, Chole-Bhature, Confectionery, Mocktails & Beverages, Computer Games, Hoopla, Science Games, and a Tattoo Art booth. Traditional and modern games like Tambola, Snakes & Ladders, Chess, Ludo, and a Basketball Three-Pointers challenge kept everyone entertained. The Fancy Dress Show was a highlight, showcasing the creativity of the children. Happiness was clearly visible on the faces of those children winning the Fancy Dress Show.
The day concluded with the much-anticipated raffle and hamper prize distribution by the Principal and Bhalla Ma’am. Shaurya Negi from class 4B won the first raffle prize—a stylish stroller. In total, 10 raffle prizes and 3 hamper prizes were given away, making it a memorable day for all.
The event was a great success, bringing joy to students and staff alike and leaving everyone eagerly awaiting next year’s celebration.
