*Annual Sports Meet at Little Scholars School Kashipur*
The Sports Meet at Little Scholars School Kashipur was a resounding success, graced by esteemed guests. Brigadier Devender Kumar served as the chief guest, accompanied by guests of honor Mr. K.C. Singh Baba, Mr. Vijay Chaudhayr, Mr. Vijendra Chaudhary, and Ms. Jyoti Shah.
The event commenced with a warm welcome extended to the chief guest, followed by an eloquent welcome speech by Sports Captain Shreya Chauhan. The program unfolded with House Inspection, the ceremonial lighting of the torch, and a spirited March past.
Principal Ms. Shikha Gautam presented a comprehensive report on the school's achievements. The energetic Primary drill titled "Umbrella drill" added vibrancy to the proceedings. A series of engaging races ensued, featuring activities like "Grab the Stick," "Collect the Balls," and a captivating "Treasure Hunt" for different classes.
The track events included 100m sprints for junior and senior categories, with separate competitions for boys and girls.
The festivities continued with felicitations for the students' outstanding achievements in Board exams. The school management recognized their efforts with a cash prize of rupees 5000. It was follwed by cass-wise races, and entertaining drills such as "Boys Drill + Pyramid" and "Girls Drill."
Bringing the event to a climax, the chief guest delivered an inspiring speech. The final prize distribution highlighted Yashmeet Singh and Kripa Dangwal as champions in senior boys and girls categories, respectively. In the junior category, Ibrahim and Alish emerged victorious.
The House Trophies were awarded, with Krishna House excelling in academics, Yamnuna House leading in sports, and Yamnuna House securing the top spot in March past. The coveted Overall Winning Trophy was once again clinched by Yamuna House.
The event concluded on a patriotic note with the National Anthem, preceded by a heartfelt vote of thanks by Karan Singh Bisht. The Sports Meet at Little Scholars School Kashipur not only celebrated athleticism but also showcased the spirit of unity and sportsmanship among the students.
